Skate King Street Hockey

We had a great turn out this Sunday 18 players and 2 goalies. The street hockey players killed the roller hockey guys about 3-1 in goals scored. We had alot of fun and will have players there again next week. Everyone said it was a blast. Hope you all had fun and come out again next week.

Skate King Street Hockey

We had a ok turn out for our first night of Street Hockey at Skate King 4 on 4 with 2 goalies. Next week will be larger as some players were at the Thunder Birds game. We hope to see this grow and become a regular game on Sunday nights. Come and check it out next week and let us know what you think!!!

Hey it was great to see everyone and play some hockey. I wish we could have a bit more success, but I really did not know what to expect. I had no idea there was a street hockey subculture. And when I mean subculture, I don't think anyone in Vegas or even in the commercial complex itself has heard of that place. What a dump. I've been in some pretty crappy rinks, but that was a disaster.

Update Street Hockey Drop-In at Bellevue Skateking

In an effort to promote the sport and its time slot at Bellevue Skateking we have decided to allow everyone to try it for free the first time they participate during the month of March.

Saturday Feb 19 - Final Vegas tune-up!!

Let's break into our respective teams and then distribute the non-Vegas folks to even out the numb3rs (as we did a couple weeks ago). Supposed to be clear and cool - a perfect day for hockey. Last week was possibly the worst weather day in the history of SSH.

Game Saturday Feb. 19th?

I'm a newbie from Seattle with a dozen buddies coming down from Canada for the weekend that want to play street hockey this Saturday. How about we challenge the Seattle regulars to a game? Gear left on 2/12

Maybe it was the pouring rain and the thought of heading to the warm pub, but people took off in such a hurry there were a few things left after hockey on Saturday. I have a yellow REI Nalgene bottle, a small blue GU water bottle, and a pair of black sunglasses. I also have the ball bag. I'll bring everything on Saturday.

Street Hockey coming to Bellevue Skateking

Starting Sunday March 6th a weekly street hockey drop in will be held at Bellevue Skateking.

It is a 165'x80' smooth playing surface with curved corners.

It would be at 6-7:30 pm on Sundays.
