The Stanley Cup Finals are upon us, and more importantly Saliba sees the last hours of his freedom slipping away. Anyone interested in working in an extra game this week by meeting for some pickup tonight? Goalies? As soon as Sharif heard I was in he backed out-- Dan? Anthony? Kevin?
Thursday night hockey-- just do it!

Guys, here is a link to some pictures of the Wallingford location that I have mentioned a few times. I finally got around to taking some pics of it. High fence on 2 sides, building on third side, park on fourth side. Fresh coat of asphalt this past weekend for an extra smooth and flat surface. Could be a decent option?…

Anyone looking to rally early and watch the game Friday.
Could also be swayed to watch tape delay somewhere.

Hello everyone! My name is fish and I love street hockey.
I apologize if this is posted else where but I don't have much time to look as my only internet access is at work but:
Is there hockey in west seattle?
I've been playing on and off ice for close to two decades and would like to get back to playing on wheels. If y'all know where there is hockey in west seattle, I would appreciate the heads up, yo!
Thanks in advance!

Hey Guys,
This whole city converting vacant lots may or may not result in us getting a 'permanent' rink, but it seems like the best shot we've got at the current time. Adam has been doing a great job with getting this stuff coordinated but needs some more help finalizing things. See his previous post for how you can contribute. We've only got a week left. Jason has already been in contact with hockey rink contractors to get some schematics and ideas on cost. I've scoped out one or two…

There's a lot to digest here, so pour a refreshing beverage, have a seat, curse the Sabres, and pay attention:
The City of Seattle wants to make use of vacant lots whose projects have fallen by the wayside due to the crappy economy or whatever. They're asking
ANYONE to submit ideas to make good use of the spaces, even…

My reason for making it JUST hockey was simply to keep everything loose and informal as possible.
I still believe in the idea of having the CanAm game. On June 5th or before we can decide to split the group by
nationality. If the majority would like to do it. I'm all for it.
I just don't want to add any pressure or complicate the Saturday. Simple and fun is the foundation of SSH.
Please let me know if you plan to attend BBQ and…

Ok, so I haven't been out at street hockey since the vegas tournament, and I'm missing my stick. It was sent home with Rob on the plane after the tournament, and he mentioned that he dumped a bunch of gear a couple of saturdays ago. He recalls thinking he saw my stick there. Does anyone have it or know of it's whereabouts? I know, it's my fault for not getting it sooner, but it would be great if i didn't have to get a new one, since the blade is brand new.
Anyway, I'll be out…

In keeping with Seattle street hockey's roots. I have decided to make the June 5th game just a great hockey day & BBQ. Game time is
noon sharp at Adams Elem.
EVERYONE is invited to join in and come to the BBQ at Peto's. 756 N 81st St, corner of 81st & Linden.
Please, let me know if you plan to attend. Need to know how much stuff to get.
I'm just asking for a $10 donation per family for the BBQ. Donate to SSH Kitty or me…

Greetings,
After a few recent run-ins with the local octagenarian set, I have only one suggestions. We might want to think about keeping any refreshments we bring to the rink in our cars until we're ready to drink it. I could forsee a situation where Bubbles actually picks up the proper stick (lame excuse by the way) and is able to tag one of these old-time basketballers with a slapshot and next thing you know the cops are…
