I just turned-on Facebook sign-on integration. No need to enter a different username and password--ultimate convenience for the heavy fb user (Lainger, Bubbles, Peto to name a few...)

Thanks everyone for another successful CAN v. USA game. I think it was the most competitive game in the serie thus far. Huge thanks again to our hosts Jeff and his wife, Erik and Kathryn for the food, Shnoy for the beer and Lainger for delegating. After paying for food/beers/donuts/goalie gear, the kitty now sits at $890.

Apparently there's an ownership group in Seattle that's looking to buy an NHL team and bring them here. Seattle Coyotes? Regardless, it would be sweet. I bet we could get a Seattle NHL team to support building a real outdoor rink... =)

Doucette is momentarily coming out of retirement to organize yet another amazing SSH road trip.

The tentative plan is to drive up to Van on Friday June 10th for Game 5, crash at a hotel, play a street hockey game on Saturday am against the locals, and then high tail it back to Seattle on Saturday early afternoon.  

He needs a rough head count to start figuring out hotels though so let him know in the comments if you're in. 

A reminder that this coming Saturday June 4th is the 5th annual Canada vs USA tourney, so typical Saturday drop-in doesn't apply. Back to normal schedule next week.



Games starts at 12 noon, we have the referee booked starting at noon so don't be late. Game rules will be announced before the first game but you can expect the standard no highsticking…

Brand new member here.  Looking to play roller hockey.  Looking for a team for beginners.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Who's staying in town and playing hockey this Saturday? The weather should be ok and this is the last chance before the CAN/AM game. Do we have any goalies?

Seeing that some of you are going midweek to Adams to play roller hockey, would any of you be interested in joining our roller hockey team at Skate King in Bellevue?
