UPDATED: Can/Am BBQ Details

This year's post-game BBQ is being hosted by Cory at 752 North Seventy-Eighth street (close to 80th and Linden).  While the team rosters are limited for the big game, everyone is welcome at the BBQ, so come on out even if you're not playing in the game.  Bring the wives and kids too!  The food starts serving at 6pm.

The logistics of previous years' BBQs and the characteristics of Cory's party space has led us to go with a caterer this year instead of us doing our own grilling.  This will make post-party clean up much easier than its been in past years, and the added convenience of us not having to worry about buying and cooking the food.  So for this year's event we have hired a caterer on wheels, http://charliesfoodtruck.com/.  The menu is as follows:

Burger options:

* Hamburger: 1/3lb beef patty w/choice of condiments. 

* Cheeseburger: 1/3lb beef patty w/ cheddar cheese & choice of condiments.

* Veggie burger: 3-bean chipotle patty w/choice of condiments.

Sides:

* Chips (Tim’s Cascade)

* Pasta Salad 

* Coleslaw

* Drinks (Soda & Water)

We will also be getting a keg or 2 of beer!

COST

Just like in previous years, we are asking for a flat $10 donation per adult eating.  The caterer will give us the final bill at the end of the night based on how much everyone eats, so if you eat 10 burgers maybe consider tossing in an extra fiver or something.  Anything not covered by your donations will be paid for out of the SSH kitty. 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

- 10 bucks cash for each adult eating. 

- Feel free to BYOB since the keg may not be enough for everyone to get thoroughly celebrated.

- As in years past, feel free to bring desserts/snacks/salads or whatever to share, though Cory kindly asks that he not be dealing with bags and bags of leftover chips for the rest of the summer.
