Vincent and company:
Just checking in early for this Saturday’s (10/27) game.
I’ll be in Seattle for the weekend, and hope some of the regulars from back when I was playing can make it to the game and post-game beers. It’ll be great to catch up with everyone.
It’s been 2 years, but I’ve been honing my skills on the Athens, GA road hockey circuit.
Hope to see many of you Saturday, I’m looking forward to it.

We're heading to Tucson a couple weeks from now to play those guys http://pimastreethockey.com/ ... and get away from the famous Seattle winter permarain.
I've got my eye on that Vegas Tour as well. Hockey and gambling, sounds like paradise! Hopefully, we'll see you there!

Yes since the 1970's and the big problem is that a lot of those guys/kids are still playing today and it is hard to get the young involved in Street Hockey. We like to travel and we plan on playing in the Vegas Tourney in Feb. We also play a tourney in Ocean City Maryland every year.
I applaud you guys for even getting together and playing. Anytime you want to play and you are in the area just let me know and I have no problem putting you on a team for a game and having a good time.
Tyler, there are some serious games, but the lower division is a little more fun....sometimes. Let me know and you can also play in one of our games

Yes, they're pretty serious. I hear it's a well-run league. Like I said, eventually when things slow down I'll probably make the 50 minute drive for the games. There's a lot of hockey in Atlanta, just not much in Athens.
You should definitely bring your show down south. It'd be a blast. Of course, open invites to stay at Chez Henry for anyone who wants to check out Athens.

I just checked MASHA's site and all I can say is WOW! Established in the mid 1970s! Who knew street hockey was that popular in your neck of the wood. I wish we had a league anywhere that cool in Seattle! Maybe I can convince our little crew to travel to ATL on our next tour.

Yeah, I just hooked up with the Athens group about 2 months ago. It was a godsend after 2 years of no hockey. I haven't made it to any of the MASHA games, but am aware of the league. Maybe in the future.
