Reminder: Coyotes vs Lightning preseason game in Everett

I only got 4 responses from folks wanting tickets for this (Cory, Joe, Adam, and Jeff). I'm actually going to be out of town this weekend when the tickets first go on sale, and with the low response to this I'm not sure if its worth it for me to pull some strings to get internet access Saturday morning to get the tickets.

Saturday 7/25 Summary

It was a pretty small turnout today, only one goalie (Sharif) and enough players for 4 on 4 with no subs, or 3 on 3 with 1 sub each. We flip-flopped between 4v4 and 3v3 as the heat was excrutiating and some folks (namely me and my sorry ass) needed breaks. The weather is supposed to be excellent again this weekend. Dan and Sharif, are you guys around in goal this weekend? Or perhaps Andrei will dust off his pads? Jason looked like he did a good job in net last weekend, although dude was that a cricket helmet you were wearing? :)

Jersey colours - get it right

Just a reminder to some of the new folks who have been coming out to our games Saturdays with insufficient jerseys. You need to bring both a white shirt and a dark shirt. Dark blue, dark red, black, dark brown...something dark. Light-grey tshirts are neither white nor dark and are confusing to everyone, especially when worn over a longsleeve white tshirt.

3/21 game - need another goalie

Let's get a good turnout this coming Saturday. Peto and Vinny are apparently flying all the way to B.C. to make snow angels and drink cocoa, but we can make up for their absence. In terms of goalies, Sharif says he is probable but Dan is out of town. So, we need a 2nd goalie. Andre, you still got some 'tending mojo? Nonis fired

Why the fack did they not re-sign Brian Burke when they had the chance. Burke was the best thing to happen to the Canucks since Pat Quinn. But no, they wanted to rebuild "from within" in their front office, and Nonis laid an egg the past 3 seasons. The only good thing he did was sign Luongo. What a waste of three years.
