3rd annual game is coming soon.

I want to take a vote on having this year's game (1st weekend of June) at the outdoor rink in Ladner, BC (Not far from border).
voting closes midnight saturday. Any vote after midnight won't be included. VOTE/Comment to this blog WITH A YAY or NAY, NOTHING ELSE!
This way we can keep track of who voted and get an accurate count.
We'll also have to make sure we get enough American players for this to happen.
After game we'll be BBQ or pub. We'll discuss this after vote.

It is by birth. And the USA team had almost double the players of Canada last year (and still lost). Go Canada!!

Do all SSH players count for the USA team, or is it by birth? If it's by birth, I don't know if we'll have enough guys to fill a line, let alone a whole team.

Yes on Ladner seems like the Canadian's are fearful of getting beat on their motherland...

If someone wants to create a team page where people can sign up, this site is really good.

Also, I'd be interested to play for team USA in Seattle.

USA can't even win in the USA. How are you going to do any better if you give Canada home ice advantage?

Nay, too far to go.

Also, that weekend doesn't work for me.

Yes on Ladner vs SSH, as long as the skill level is matched up

Nay... but I am with Peto on SSH vs Ladner games in addition to CanAm.

NAY. But what do I care? I won't be playing in this year's battle. Count me out till next Halloween. Or maybe Thanksgiving. At least I've started drinking again.
