Sharif, let's take it one step further - the offending player not only has to sub out, but also has to go stand behind the portable for 2 minutes.  4 minutes if there's blood.

I'll be in goal. I also say we institute a new rule - any high stick means an immediate sub for the offending player. I don't care if you just got on and there are 10 subs on the bench, you have to go off. I'm in full pads with a mask, so it doesn't bother me, but we have to stop it before someone gets hurt. I'm more than happy to enforce this and stop play when it happens.
