Boys - it has been a pleasure and an honour to run around the rink (or not) and cause havoc with you all over the years. SSH has been  the best thing I got involved in in Seattle. Hard to believe how it has evolved and sustained itself since my first game in Dec 2003!. A source of great memories and what I hope will be several life-long friends. I think I left "my" Marchant SSH jersey there a couple of weeks back. Did someone pick it up? In Ireland this coming weekend but back the one following.

Team - I've had to bail on a cat skiing trip that Vinny and I (and 10 others) have taken for the past 5 years. It's an amazing, life changing, bit of skiing/boarding outside of Golden BC, however, work and baby have made it tough for me to swing this year. Dates are March 19-22. If you are interested, let me know asap.

We are thinking about hitting the Pig & Whistle in Greenwood for the game tomorrow. They open at 10:00 am, have a big screen and are kid friendly I gather. I will call this morning to confirm all of the above and report back. Want to be in a boozer but also want to be with my girls. Interested?

Team - an annual ritual of some significance is impending this Saturday. The legendary 12 pubs of Christmas. Some Irish friends started this a few years ago and it is consistently chaos (in the finest sense). We've moved it from Ballard to Phinney this year and increased number of weird dive bars (a critical pre-requisite). All welcome but be warned, this is no casual night out. Last week's turnout was weak. Even witnessed a brief wiffle-ball game. Very disturbing. Let's make sure we get a full turn out and game this saturday. No more excuses about recovering from Vegas! I am assuming the usual 2pm start unless enough folks starting an hour earlier....
