Days are getting longer and weekends are getting busy. SSH is starting up weeknight games in addition to our regular Saturday series.

Great weekend down in Texas. Hoping for good news on Tanner's knee. Scotty Bowman-esce coaching performance by Ovi. Definitely needs to be an annual event for SSH.

We just couldn't get enough bodies for this Saturday. Might be able to give it another go on an upcoming weekend before the weather gets too dicey - stay tuned. Regular game at Salmon Bay tomorrow, October 5th.

7 righties, 4 wrong curves, and one goaler twig. I'll bring them to the next couple Saturday games or can leave them outside my garage in Greenwood if people want to pick them up. 

I don't want to store these dinosaurs forever so, after about a month, they'll be converted into SSH memorabilia...…

May 26th, 1992 - Mario Lemieux scored twice to lead the Penguins to a 5-4 win over Chicago, in Game One of the Stanley Cup Finals, at the Civic Arena. The win ended the Blackhawks' Stanley Cup playoff record of 11 straight victories in one year.
