Yes, it is the last time I'll be in goal for the foreseeable future. I look forward to seeing as many people as possible out there, then some playoff hockey afterwards (Leafs vs. Canadians). I'll also be out for drinks after hockey next week.

It should stop raining by 1pm. Let's see if we can beat the massive turnout from last week.

I'm in one goal. Mark is out. We need another goalie. New Dan? Original Dan? Evil Dan? Bizarro Dan? Agent Dan? Señor Dan? Sharif?

Who is in? Can we get a couple goalies.  I haven't played this game ages.

Anyone who has been out recently has probably noticed that our goals are looking *quite* pathetic - I've just ordered two brand new replacements. They were $80/each - everyone playing these days please bring $20 in cash the next time you come.

Woot! new nets!

I'm going to set these ones up, and we're going to use some heavy-duty bolts to lock in all of the moving pieces so that these ones should last a little bit longer than the last ones.

This ran on Global news last night. A friend sent it to me as I (with family) appear in the story a few times (note no glass behind the benches). It was a very memorable night, especially for a 14 year-old.…

Seahawks game is at 1:35 this coming Saturday. Gauging interest for an early start. Who's up for dropping the ball at 9:30? 

My cellphone may have slipped into someone's bag Saturday if you happen upon it leave a post, it is of the flip variety

It's supposed to stay clear earlier in the day and start raining after 4:00 so possibly start at 1pm? Hawks play at 5:00...
