"canadian tire sells just the Black Ice boards (not the netting) for $25. They are discontinued, but multiple stores have one or two in stock. You have to call the store directly and have them ship them to you, but it's a great price."

Black Ice Port o Rink Set Follow up

Hi All,I am bringing this topic up again due to SSH member inquiries..Here is the link to EBAY for the street hockey dasher boards. If you are ebay savy you can contact the c2sports directly for multiple purchases. The ebay price posted is higher than the deal I originally had going. I may be able to get that price point back with another bulk purchase outside of ebay.If he is willing to give us a bulk order deal, maybe SSH can make the purchase via Paypal direct to c2sports.Let me know if you…See More

The Black Ice Board System Worked Great!

Hi All,

We had a great turn out with lots of subs and two awesome goalies. For those who couldn't make it, the boards worked great. Lots of positive feedback. Maybe we should leave the netting off next time though. If you are interested in buying a set or two, this guy will send you an invoice via Paypal. I dont know if he accepts other forms of payment.

I bought 6 sets that I will bring whenever I can make it out. However, I am open to unloading 4 of the sets ;)…

RE: New Idea? Black Ice Ball Hockey Rink Board System

Posted on September 2, 2010 at 7:33pm 0 Comments

Hi All,

I got 60' of the Black Ice Ball Hockey Rink Board System delivered the other day and finally got a chance to open it up this morning. Following the instructions it took about 6 minutes to set up one kit (10'). Then it took 3 minutes to get it back in the case. I'll bring them to the school on Saturday less called into work.

Hi Everyone,

After talking to a some you about past dasher board experiments and how they fizzled out... The common theme for not using them were; storage space, bulk and set up. I can get them for $70 US from the dealer S+H included!

If enough of us think it's a good idea to buy. We can have our own individual set to store…
