Event Description

SSH friends and family,

Let's have a proper Christmas Party in 2012! Bring the kids and wives/husbands to Highland Ice Arena and let's take the ssh show on the ice! We'll have the small rink for a private hockey game and the big rink will hold a public skate. Skate rentals is $3. Great way to step on the ice for the first time!

Please RSVP and let me know if you'll play on the ice. It will be super low key games so come play and/or skate even if it's been years since you've laced them up.

I'll provide beers and pizzas for pre, during and post game libations.

Comment by Lindsay Brown on December 12, 2012 at 9:17pm: whats the gear plan? kevin had said he talked to vinny saturday night and the idea was gear is to be advised so no-one gets hurt. we've been working on cobbling together a couple of ill fitting sets from people we know who play ice, will probably be missing a piece or two. Thoughts? any of the ice guys have any old beat up odds or ends they can bring along so the rest of us pavement players can fall more gracefully... or at least less painfully?
