Portland Tourney - September 29 - room for another team.

The 3rd annual Portland Street Hockey Tournament is Saturday, September 29.  The past two years, only one SSH team was allowed to play due to tourney size limitations.  This year, the organizers have given the green light for a second Seattle team to enter the tournament! 

We already have one team set - Typhoon - which consists of:

Dave D, Jeff M, Erik C, Cam Green, Jim K, Greg O, Heavy D, Rob A, Dan M.

Let's get another team together and represent SSH.  Rosters can accommodate up to 10 players including the goalie.  4 on 4 format (plus goalie).  It's $20/pp to enter the tourney or $175 for an entire team. 

If anyone is interested, let me know.  But let me know soon because if we don't have enough for a 2nd team, then they will take another Portland area team.  I'd like to get back to Bob, the organizer, by Aug 15. 

It's a lot of fun, great surface, great city.  Guaranteed 3 games in pool play, top 2 teams from each division make the playoffs.  We won in 2010, last year we narrowly missed making it to the playoffs.  Let's sent two teams and represent!
