Vancouver Update and Hotel Information.

I don't mind doing the legwork on it, as we must be registered there by the 15th of July.

My understanding is it is close to planet ice where the games will be held, and is a 30 minute drive to Vancouver.

If the majority insist on a hotel closer to Vancouver, someone please volunteer to arrange everything....finding the perfect spot and making it somewhat affordable.
