For Saturday... I can't stay much past 3, so closer to 1PM we can start, the better. I should get my new goalie gear in the mail tomorrow. I ordered some stuff that's more suitable for street hockey, so we don't have to keep dragging out the loaner gear, lol. Apparently, there is also a group that plays in Seatac... at a outdoor, fenced in court, that is designed for hockey. Complete with nets, circles, lines, etc. I may check them out on Sunday. Anyone else wanna give it a try?

I don't think it is too bad for now. We just have to shift our play area a little to the north and we will have plenty of room.

How bad was it playing with that new portable there?  Looks like prime real estate underneath for the ball to get stuck under.

Oh boy.  I don't see any protective screening over the new portable's windows. Oh boy.

Out, neck gaffled.  Adam's ability to be a pain in the neck finally has gotten the better of me.

Definite maybe.

In. My slapshot doesn't go over the fence. It's only head height.

I'll be there in goal :) Got my Tour goalie pads and blocker, so I don't have to use my ice gear, or the loaner pads. They're pretty decent pads for $100... I'm going to try using some electrical construction tape on the areas that contact the ground the most. There's not much you can do to protect street pads, as they will eventually rip and tear, but I figure I'd try anyway.

we will have more than enough.

let's really try to start at 1p so we can finish well before game 5.

portables are in, although they may be working on utilities, skirting, etc. tomorrow.

the front of the unit is where the goal-line normally is:
