For anyone who is interested: I swim at the Ballard pool every Wednesday (7:30 - 8:30), Thursday (7:30 - 8:30) and Friday (5:30 - 6:30). It is super cheap and a great workout-- especially cardiovascular.
Wednesdays are "masters swim," which is a directed workout, and then Thursday and Friday I have my own routine that I'd be happy to breakdown for those who are interested-- or just show up and follow along.
I've seen a lot of talk about conditioning and the need to be in shape, well here's a perfect opportunity. No times to reserve, no weather issues . . . NO EXCUSES!
