Vegas - 2012 Sin City Shootout

Just received the following email from Terry - $500,000 in rink improvements and an upstairs bar (awesome):

Greetings to the greater ball hockey community! 

Just touching base to remind you of the dates for the 7th Annual Sin City Shootout Street Hockey Tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

February 17-19, 2012:  A/B & Rec Divisions

February 24-26, 2012:  C/D & Coed Divisions    

ALL divisions guaranteed 4 games, to include pool play and a minimum of 1 playoff game.

Teams and individual players are welcome.  Please visit the new tournament website at www.socalhockeyevents.com for further information on the upcoming event, as well as to view information on past events hosted by SoCal Street Hockey (photos, videos, stats and so on).  We will be working to update the website with as much information as possible (both past and present), so check back often!

Note: We've been advised by rink management that building renovations to the tune of $500,000 are in progress and expected to be completed in time for the event (currently 80% completed).  Work proposed consists of new locker rooms, new bathrooms, an upstairs bar, new snack bar, and several other improvements.  Looking forward to seeing the new improvements!!
